1. Program Description

By opting into the Ranch Avenue Owners Association messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us. These may include Maintenance Notifications, Dues notification, and Customer Support. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can typically expect to receive up to 5 messages per month.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Ranch Avenue Owners Association is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or sending text messages.

4. Help & Support

For help, reply HELP to any of our messages or email us at board@RanchAvenue.com. You can also call us at +1 916-740-7521.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
